Liz Karr is a chef with more than 30 years experience in the food business.
I have learned this business from wonderful, creative and dedicated men and women. Excellent customer service is just as important as wonderful cuisine!
My love for cooking started when I was a child and continued as a young person working in the back and front of the house in many restaurants. I have traveled the country taking classes with some great cooks, Julia Child and Jacques Pepin for example. I have learned some of their cooking styles and techniques. I also attended classes at culinary school.
After many years in the restaurant business I opened my own catering company in 1994. Catering between 250 and 300 weddings to date, I have learned what is most important to the bride and groom. My experience in helping so many couples create successful weddings, rehearsal dinners and receptions are what I am offering you.
